Yummers! Great series!
Such a pretty little bird…..lovely series of photographs Linda :-)
Thanks Debbie and Lisa. I love the mountain bluebirds! This little girl was very happy to be consuming the New Mexico olive fruits.
Great captures Linda, I really like the ones of it eating the berries.
Thanks Steve! It was fun watching her. She really does seem happy about having found the yummy olives, doesn’t she?
Great photos of the female Mountain Bluebird, Linda. Very nice close-ups. I always enjoy seeing your photos, because they are usually birds that I don’t see in our area.
Thanks Bob! I love watching the bluebirds. Loved your GB Heron chicks. They look like little pterodactyls. :) Hope you do will with your surgery.
Such a pretty bird and gorgeous pics! Love the berry :)
Great series Linda. You’d think he’d choke on it!
Thanks Cynthia and Nancy. I’ve seen these little guys actually bump the olive against a twig to cram it down their throats. I find trees “planted” everywhere from the birds too. :)
Nice series of this pretty girl…love her bits of blue.
Absoutely awesome series, Linda! I’m especially fond of the images of the bluebird consuming fruit. A most stunning bird with dabs of blue.
