Lovely Kestrel pics . . . one of my top favorite birds.

  2. Great close-ups of one of my favorite hawks. Thanks for sharing, Linda.

Nice shots, Linda. That’s a beautiful little falcon. Guess they’ll be moving north to come visit us here, too. I’ll be keeping my eye out for them. I’ve been having a good week for raptors myself, having seen a snowy owl, a merlin, and a sharp-shinned hawk in the past few days.

  4. Fantastic photos. That last one is my favorite. I just love Kestrels.

  5. Such a beautiful Kestrel … love that first one where he is looking at you!

  6. Outstanding kestrel shots Linda! Can’t wait for them to come back here for the year.

  7. Gorgeous captures Linda! They are Beautiful birds 🙂

  8. Splendid kestrel images, Linda! I’m especially fond of the first image with the kestrel looking at you. Stunning birds. As always, a joy to view your wonderful blog!

  9. Thanks everyone! She is a lovely girl, isn’t she? And no, no, no Scott. You can’t have them I’m keeping them all here for me. 🙂

  13. Thanks Kerry and Cindy. It’s the only time I’ve ever had one that was willing to let me photograph it pretty close. Felt very fortunate!

  14. Lucky you, Linda.
