Wonderful shots Linda, I have always wanted to see one of these in person. perhaps future travelling
Thanks Dan. These birds are beautiful in flight and sort of silly looking on the ground. It ‘s such a treat to see them! You should definitely consider Kaua’i as a travel destination.
It does the heart good to see scenes of wild beauty! Gorgeous!
Thank you Cindy. These birds are wonderful to watch. Very lovely in flight!
It is always so difficult to photograph birds in flight, but you done an awesome job here, Linda.
Thanks so much for your kind compliment Bob. Really, it’s about the only way to photograph birds at the public part of Kilauea NWR as they fly around very close to the point, but they don’t land anywhere near it. You have to be fast!!
Birds in flight … a glorious sight! Terrific captures, Linda!
Thank you Julie. You really should visit Kilauea NWR. It’s amazing to watch the boobies, frigates and albatross just whizzing by. Truly a wonderful place!!
