Yesterday I was looking through the photos that I took several weeks ago on a birding outing with Bosque Bill to Bandelier National Monument. I found several photos of a male Black-headed Grosbeak that I had previously overlooked. These are such handsome birds!

We do have Grosbeaks but only in winter.
